As a first time homebuyer I was ignorant to the process of buying a home but I had heard many horror stories. Luckily I experienced none of them and had a great experience. Although it was still stressful Laura and Gretchen made this process as painless as possible. Id like to add the lawyer they recommended Greg Scicchitano was very knowledgeable and was able to explain verbiage in simpler terms. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am grateful it is all over but if I ever need to buy another house or land Gretchen and laura will be my first call.

Laura and her team were very responsive during my recent transaction. If I had a question I got an answer, quickly. Laura and her mom know the Oneida lake area very well, what parts to buy and where to shy away from. The team seems very trustworthy and calls the home as they see it. They don't see a sale as the only reason to sell a house, they want you the buyer to be happy. Great experince.

She was exceptionally accommodating even though I wasn't really sure if I wanted to sell or not. A couple of days later I called her back to inform her that I did want to list the property. The whole process was great. I found her to be very friendly, actually fun, to work with. She has in depth knowledge of the area and market and is very efficient. The property sold much faster than I expected and reached our asking price. I highly recommend her for your real-estate needs.
